Fellowship Music Collective

A ground-breaking new cross-genre musical collective based at The Fellowship & Star, led by DJ, producer and rapper INTALEKT and jazz and soul pianist Arthur Lea!

 

Lewisham Music are looking for 13-18 year old instrumentalists, composers, producers, singers and rappers of all styles and abilities to take part in an exciting new project!

 

This will be the debut project of a new cross-genre creative musical collective based at Lewisham Music’s new premises above The Fellowship & Star in Bellingham.  Whatever your musical experience or interests, come along to create fresh music with other young people and mix-up musical influences, whether it be Rap, R&B, jazz, Afrobeats or classical! The project will culminate in a  professional showcase gig.

The Fellowship Music Collective will be led by two music industry professionals…

 

ARTHUR LEA

Arthur Lea sings eclectic rhythm & blues with southern soul. Lewisham schooled, Royal Academy of Music trained, he has played everywhere from Ronnie Scott’s to the Olympic Stadium, working with everyone from Kate Tempest to Kylie Minogue. He performs solo, with his band Bootleg Brass, and many others: The Coalminers, Paragon, Tongue Fu, to name a few. He has recorded in studios from Nashville to Berlin, and produced several albums of original music.

 

INTALEKT

Known for his trippy & soulful sound, and for being 1/2 of Billy Dukes, Intalekt is a producer, musician DJ, and Radio host (Reprezent Radio) who has worked with the likes of Kojey Radical, Jay Prince, Ella Frank, KALLITECHNIS, Marie Dahlstrom Lucy Rose & many more. His prolific self-produced debut EP IIWII (It Is What It Is) received much recognition from the likes of Trevor Nelson, Mista Jam and DJ Target.
